Warranty Policy
In the event of a warranty-related issue with your Geleipu product, you must retain the original purchase receipt, limited warranty and eligible warranty claims to verify your warranty eligibility.
Geleipu offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and we are responsible for troubleshooting and providing free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix the problem, excluding any problems caused by personal behaviour, abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions, dropping your board, etc.).
Note: Tyres and brake pads are consumables and are not covered by warranty.
Battery Range Disclaimer
The listed range is based on test conditions under the following standard: 60 kg rider, 25°C temperature, an average speed of 20 km/h, and smooth city road conditions. Actual battery performance and range may vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, temperature, and riding style. It is normal for the real-world range to differ from the published data. If the reduced range is caused by a battery defect, we will take responsibility and handle the issue promptly.
Geleipu offers the following solutions.
For simple problems, we will send replacement parts and provide video instructions.
If your scooter has more than one problem, we will decide whether to send it for repair depending on the situation.
If it is not covered under warranty (e.g. in cases where the electric scooter malfunctions due to water ingress or misuse, etc.), all repairs (labour costs) and parts will be charged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
