Shipping Policy
1 Where can we send the product?
In Europe we ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
2.How long will you receive the parcel and how can you track it?
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods on any date agreed by us. If no date is specified, the dispatch will be processed within 1 working day of the day we accept your order and the goods will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

3.What happens if you receive an incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product or you notice any discrepancy in quantity or quality between the product(s) delivered and their specification in the corresponding order confirmation or invoice, please take clear photos of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 working days of receiving the product(s). We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving the issue.
NOTE: If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged when you sign for the parcel, please note the description of the damage on the logistics receipt so that we can claim the damage for you.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather conditions, unforeseen delays due to traffic congestion, road works, diversions or machinery breakdowns, unforeseen production delays, delays caused by third party suppliers, in each case beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the Goods within such timescales and we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the Goods if the delay or non-delivery is due in whole or in part to such circumstances. If timely delivery is not made, an alternative delivery date will be given. Special circumstances such as high order volumes, new product releases or restocking days may also lead to longer delivery times. If this is the case, we will make a note of this on the product page and send a reminder by email.
5.What happens if the products are lost during dispatch?
In the event that the ordered products do not reach the specified address (if correctly specified) or are lost during the shipping process, we reserve the right to carry out a comprehensive investigation and search, which may take up to 30 working days. Within this period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or reship the same products. We will always keep you informed of the progress and results of the investigation so that appropriate and reasonable action can be taken.
